I have a big computer issue here.
My computer has 3035 virus and my parents are blaming it on me. They keep saying: ‘its all you downloading things.’ I don’t download anything, and the only websites I go on is YouTube, MySpace, Project Playlist (MySpace Music Player) and Yahoo Answers. My brother on the other hand, goes on Habbo hotel (American Version, We’re In Australia) and is constantly on YouTube. My dad doesn’t go on computer much, he only goes on for Microsoft Word and to watch music videos on YouTube, also. Lastly, my mum has FaceBook and plays the Texas HoldEm Poker every night.
What do you think is my computers problem, and what can we do to fix it?
We’ve run all the programs that make the virus’ disappear and nothings happened.
Our desktop screen also has a problem. Its a dark blue background, with a box in the centre reading:
